This program delivers a combination of both theory and practical elements in an environment which encourages interactive learning and communication led by a highly regarded faculty. For those looking towards more advanced bronchoscopy, an introduction to EBUS TBNA is also included. The faculty will consist of experienced medical practitioners Dr Elaine Yap and Dr Nicola Smith. The vision of this course is to provide all participants with a thorough and practical grounding in both pleural and bronchoscopic procedures to enhance their progress along the learning curve from novice to competent practitioner. This is also a good opportunity for consultants to refresh their skills. This will be a highly interactive course with a limited attendee list of 20 to enable greater interaction and sufficient time for the execution of practical components that will be integrated into the course programme.
